A cozy residence that can accommodate a group or family of up to six. Enjoy resort style living in this 1 Bedroom + Den condominium. Conveniently located adjacent to the Trappeur's Crossing Amenity Center and within walking distance the Mountain Village. This condo offers lovely open living space and dining space, plus updated kitchen featuring granite countertops and newer appliances. The main bedroom enjoys a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the Den has two twin beds and also has an attached bathroom. For additional bedding needs there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, this lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 10 hot tubs and a sauna.

In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or anywhere within Steamboat City limits. Please contact us to see what other units we have available!

About Trappeurs Lodge

Conveniently located adjacent to the Trappeur’s Crossing Amenity Center, the original complex of the resort property is the quintessential ski vacation location for those seeking maximum value. Trappeur’s Lodge offers one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den, two bedroom plus den with loft and four bedroom residences. Every residence is equipped with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, living area and a patio or deck. The building offers a common area laundry room, limited indoor heated parking, and lounge area on the ground floor.

Youth Sports Teams: This property has adopted a policy of not allowing sport teams and/or players to stay at their property. If you are visiting Steamboat for a youth sports tournament or event, such as Triple Crown, Mountain Soccer or Steamboat Classic Lacrosse, please choose another property. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Oversized Vehicles: Parking around the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and our properties is always at a premium especially during the winter when city snow removal is an issue. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats. Vehicles of this kind at are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

NO PETS PLEASE: All of our vacation rentals are privately owned. No pets are allowed on site at any of our rental properties. Thank you for leaving your pets at home.

SMOKE FREE PROPERTY: Smoking is not permitted in or on any Simply Steamboat managed condominium or property. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum $500 penalty to cover additional cleaning costs.
