Timberline Lodge 2104 is a very comfortable 2 BD / 2 BA residence that offers excellent amenities, location and space. Perfect for two couples or small family looking to getaway to the mountains. Guests enjoy the floorplan, and open layout that allows lovely natural light through the living room. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen, cook up a delicious meal and sit by the fire to rest those tired legs! The private patio off the living room also offers easy access to the pools and hot tubs. All bathrooms are stocked with Aveda bath products and plush towels.

As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, this lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 10 hot tubs and a sauna.

In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or anywhere within Steamboat City limits. Please contact us to see what other units we have available!

About Timberline Lodge

With a variety of condominium types, Timberline Lodge is centrally located with close proximity to the Trappeur’s Crossing Amenity Center. Timberline Lodge offers one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den, and four bedroom residences. Every condominium is equipped with a fireplace, Wi-Fi, living area and a patio or deck. The building has limited indoor heated parking.

Youth Sports Teams: This property has adopted a policy of not allowing sport teams and/or players to stay at their property. If you are visiting Steamboat for a youth sports tournament or event, such as Triple Crown, Mountain Soccer or Steamboat Classic Lacrosse, please choose another property. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Oversized Vehicles: Parking around the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and our properties is always at a premium especially during the winter when city snow removal is an issue. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats. Vehicles of this kind at are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

NO PETS PLEASE: All of our vacation rentals are privately owned. No pets are allowed on site at any of our rental properties. Thank you for leaving your pets at home.

SMOKE FREE PROPERTY: Smoking is not permitted in or on any Simply Steamboat managed condominium or property. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum $500 penalty to cover additional cleaning costs.
