In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or anywhere within Steamboat City limits.

Great location, a short 2 block walk to the gondola. Big 4 bedroom condo comfortable enough for 4 couples. Cleaned and well maintained property with hot tubs, saunas, and heated pool.

Emerald Lodge 5307 was fantastic! The condo was clean and well appointed. We were a party of 6 adults and there was plenty of room. We checked in early and they stored our luggage and delivered it to our condo. The location was perfect. It was very close to base village. You could easily walk to the village /Wild Plum/ Après Burger or take the shuttle service. The shuttle service was great. It picks you up in front of the condo, and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The on demand shuttle service to Steamboat was wonderful. The drivers were nice, and we never waited more than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!!
