This beautiful 2 BD / 2 BA residence at Aspen Lodge offers luxury lodging in the heart of the Mountain Village, and a truly unique experience to its guests. This residence has a private entrance and patio with 8 person private hot tub, and a fire pit for those chilly nights! It has been professionally decorated to showcase Steamboat's western heritage with high quality furnishings. Just steps from the tennis courts, serviced by a complimentary on-demand winter shuttle, and with an abundance of amenities, this residence provides everything you could want for a simply great vacation. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with slab granite countertops, breakfast bar and rich wood cabinetry that allows any chef in your group to prepare a feast that can be enjoyed at the dining table. The living area has a gas fireplace to relax by and enjoy the cooler evenings. From the living room you can access the huge private patio where you can take a dip in the hot tub! All Aspen Lodge vacation rentals feature a central air-chilling system ran through the summer months.

The lovely primary suite offers French doors leading to the private patio, and featuring king bed and large ensuite bathroom, which features dual vanities, and beautifully tiled shower surround. The second bedroom is furnished with a truly unique bedding arrangement, custom built, lofted twin bed above a queen bed. Both the bathrooms are stocked with bath products and plush towels!

About Aspen Lodge

Enjoy upscale accommodations at Aspen Lodge with a variety of residences to choose from. Aspen Lodge offers two bedroom, three bedroom, three bedroom plus den and four bedroom residences. The building has central air chilling during the summer months and central heating during the winter months. Every condominium is equipped with a fireplace, one assigned parking space, Wi-Fi, living area and a patio or deck.

Youth Sports Teams: This property has adopted a policy of not allowing sport teams and/or players to stay at their property. If you are visiting Steamboat for a youth sports tournament or event, such as Triple Crown, Mountain Soccer or Steamboat Classic Lacrosse, please choose another property. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Oversized Vehicles: Parking around the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and our properties is always at a premium especially during the winter when city snow removal is an issue. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats. Vehicles of this kind at are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

NO PETS PLEASE: All of our vacation rentals are privately owned. No pets are allowed on site at any of our rental properties. Thank you for leaving your pets at home.

SMOKE FREE PROPERTY: Smoking is not permitted in or on any Simply Steamboat managed condominium or property. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum $500 penalty to cover additional cleaning costs.

Great stay. Amenities and space was perfect. Decor is dated, but all good. We had a great stay!
